Fearless at the crease, focused under pressure—every innings is another opportunity to make an impact.

Tanzid Hasan Tamim is an attacking left-handed opening batter for Bangladesh, recognised for his positive intent, clean stroke play and ability to take control during the powerplay. His fearless batting and growing international record make him an exciting representative of the new generation of Bangladesh cricket.
Born on 1 December 2000 in Bogura, Bangladesh, Tanzid progressed through the country’s youth and domestic cricket systems before making his ODI debut in 2023. A member of Bangladesh’s historic 2020 ICC Under-19 World Cup-winning squad, he later established himself as a left-handed international opener across all three formats. Tanzid is particularly effective against the new ball, combining aggressive boundary-hitting with an increasingly composed approach to building an innings.
